Empowered Women ~ Empower Women

StarburstOne of our favorite quotes at Executive Elements is “Empowered Women ~ Empower Women.” We love to see women lifting up other women and providing support as we all move forward together. One important piece to this puzzle is reaching back and providing advice to those who are earlier in their careers. Join us in looking back at some of the words of wisdom our Women of the Week have offered to younger women…

Elizabeth Stelzer
Find a mentor but also watch very closely the people you never want to be like. They will teach you a great deal.

Jaime Franklin
The world will never stop trying to mold you into what it believes you should be, how  you should behave, how you should look, how you should speak, how you should “mother”, how you should live. A lot of great advice will come your way, and you should listen with an open mind. But at the end of the day, be you and believe in that.

Jaclyn Peresetsky
Believe in yourself and do not be afraid to change your path.

Roxanne LaMuth
Believe in yourself and be the best that you can be, recognizing that mistakes enrich our souls and help define who we are and what we stand for.
