Executive Director, Upper Arlington Community Foundation
My Work:
I work with donors in Upper Arlington to help them achieve their philanthropic passions to enhance the lives of UA residents. I also raise funds and manage grant making. I am honored to have the privilege to help people make a positive impact in the world through giving.
My Passion:
My family and my community.
My Family:
Brent, my husband, Max, my son, two step-children, Jenna and Jacob and our dog, Stella.
My Hero or Heroes:
My parents. Pete and Rita Kirby – had 11 children (I am youngest!) and were married almost 65 years before my father passed in 2012. They led by example of what love for family, God and their neighbors meant through great work ethic, volunteerism and giving.
My Escape:
A beach vacation with my amazing husband and family.
My Pet Peeve:
Allergies and negativity.
My Indulgence:
Sleeping in and massages.
My Roots:
A big, loud, hardworking family that played, fought and prayed together.
My Future:
Full of hope and love.

My advice to Young Women:
Love yourself first and surround yourself with people who challenge and support you.
How I Balance it All:
Lists, lots of lists and a small circle of people who love and support me.
