Natasha Holland.

My Current Job/Company:
Chief of Staff to the President of Nationwide Financial Distributors/Nationwide.

My Work:
I oversee and drive the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives, programs, projects and processes for Nationwide Financial’s wholesale strategy and distribution of life insurance, annuities, specialty markets and mutual funds.

My Passion:
I am passionate about my family and friends, my love of books and guacamole.

My Family:
Leo (age 11) and Sam (age 8).

My Hero or Heroes:
Thomas Edison – he is the true definition of perseverance.

My Escape:
A great book, cooking and sharing my life with those I love.

My Pet Peeve:
Tardiness.

My Indulgence:
Brunch. I am on a mission to hit all the great spots in Columbus.

My Roots:
Work hard and be kind. Say thank you a lot. Treasure your family and friends.

My Future:
A tween and a teenage boy! Gratitude and appreciation for all things good and bad! Good times give you happiness and bad times give you experience.

A positive attitude.

My advice to Young Women:
When you are approached with a challenge that makes you nervous, that is usually the time to jump in with both feet.

How I Balance it All:
I have a great support network both at work and with family and friends. My parents are amazing about jumping in whenever needed.
