My Work: I coach women who are simultaneously overwhelmed and underwhelmed with life. I help them shift from survival to purpose mode.

My Hero or Heroes: My mom. She raised six children and owned a businesses. She taught me everything I know.

My Escape: A solo trip to Vieques. My happy place.
