My Name: Michelle Becker

My Current Job/Company: VP Client Relations & Marketing for Air Force One Inc.

My Work: I ensure our Company’s client’s expectations are met and our Company’s brand recognition is positively highlighted. I mentor my departments to work smarter not harder while building on professional and personal growth. I am proud to say my team(s) are comprised of all professional ladies and I am humbled to work with such talent. Together we work beyond our offices and tasks to enrich our communities, clients’ experiences, and internal relationships.

My Passion: My family, travel, cultural enrichment.

My Family: Jeff (my husband and best friend) and my 3 rescue dogs – aka fur-kids (Lola, Loki, and Stella).

My Hero or Heroes: My Mom. I am a 1st generation US citizen because of her courage to move and experience a new country. She is the reason I am the woman I have become today.

My Escape: Travel – Anywhere! I have lived abroad and am a dual citizen…. Travel is in my soul.

My Pet Peeve: Rudeness – It doesn’t take much time to be kind.

My Indulgence: Bourbon while I watch Yellowstone.

My Roots: Live every moment to the fullest because life is a gift.

My Future: Success, happiness, spiritual and physical health.

My Advice to Young Women: Listen to your gut instinct and be the author of your story to success.

How I Balance it All: Plan, research, prioritize, delegate, and always follow up.
