My Work: Leading a great HR team focused on making our employees’ lives better while building an engagement culture.
My Passion: My family, my faith, and the Green Beret Foundation & the Steel Mags.
My Family: Chad (my husband of 30 years), Zach (22), and Ana (17)
My Hero or Heroes: Dave McKee – he taught me so much about how to treat employees in the workplace.
My Escape: A great vacation doing adventuresome things with my family.
My Pet Peeve: An unwillingness to try. Negative attitude. Disrespectful attitude.

My Roots: Small town farm girl with a great big loud supportive family.

My Advice to Young Women: Find your passion and make it your career.
How I Balance it All: Most days it’s about the schedule and some days it’s chaos but through it all is prioritization and reprioritization!
