Woman of the Week – Joyce Poole
Here at Executive Elements, we like to feature fantastic women we think you should know. Some of these women are clients, some are friends, some are women we’ve only just met. But they all have this in common: they are dynamic, interesting gals who have agreed to share with us their insights and secrets to success.

How I Balance it All:
My husband and I both work full-time. Communication with the entire family is important. We support each other with what needs done. We play hard too – sports events (especially the Colts), biking, dedicated “fun” time. It isn’t easy, and some weeks are easier to manage than others. No matter what, make time for your family – they are #1!
