My Name: Elyse Wampler
My Current Job/Company: Sr. Organization Development and Learning Consultant; OCLC
My Work: I get to work with leaders and employees to support their development and growth at OCLC through coaching, consulting, and facilitating.
My Passion: My family, my work, and I love to read good fiction books!!!
My Family: Kevin (supportive husband) and Brody (energetic 2 year old son)
My Hero or Heroes: My Grandpa – He was one of the most hardworking, kind individuals I have ever met.
My Escape: Anything outside of Ohio – I love to vacation with my family and enjoy time away! When I need an escape from the day, a good book can always provide that for a few minutes!
My Pet Peeve: Dishes in the sink especially when the dishwasher is ready to be loaded!
My Indulgence: Ice cream, Strongbow (original dry), and a good book (are you picking up a theme? 😊)!

My Advice to Young Women: Don’t let others tell you that you can’t do something – with hard work and perseverance you will be amazed that the impact you can have in the world!
How I Balance it All: A supportive spouse, a great job that I love coming into each day, and a calendar that I use to keep everything straight!!
