Woman of the Week ~ Monica Monfredi

Here at Executive Elements, we like to feature fantastic women we think you should know. Some of these women are clients, some are friends, and some are women we’ve only just met. But they all have this in common: they are dynamic, interesting women who have agreed to share with us their insights and secrets to success.

My Name: Monica Monfredi

My Current Job/Company: Dentist & Owner at Monfredi Family Dental

My Work: I am a general dentist, treating patients of all ages and performing a wide variety of procedures. I lead a team of 15, with our mission of providing the best possible patient experience.

My Passion: My family, my faith, and just being a nice human.

My Family: Husband Mike (my rock), 7-year-old daughter Clara (sweet with a little bit of sass), 3-year-old daughter Stella (tough, determined, and hilarious).

My Hero or Heroes: My mom and dad (Ron and Barb Ross). They worked harder than anyone I’ve ever met to make sure we had everything we needed (I have 3 siblings – 2 brothers and 1 sister).

My Escape: The sunshine!! I definitely love the beach but even just getting outside to feel the sun on my face is one of my favorite things!

My Pet Peeve: Laziness. Just do it.

My Indulgence: Chocolate! And really, any dessert…

My Roots: A simple, happy life. A large extended family rooted in faith.

My Future: Busy! Kid’s activities, running a business, finding time for enjoyment, and vacations.

My Favorite Quote: Trust but verify

My Accessory: You can always find me with a pair of diamond studs and a delicate gold necklace with a “C” and “S” – the first initials of my girls.

My Advice to Young Women: Ask questions! The more you know, the more empowered you become.

How I Balance it All: Figure out what is important and focus on that. Realize some things may need to take a back seat. My husband truly is a “partner” in our relationship and I’m proud of our teamwork day in and day out!
