Vice President, Central Ohio Specialty— OhioHealth Physician Group/OhioHealth
My Work:
Serve as operational and strategic leader for over 15 specialties such as Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Urology, and General Surgery across Central Ohio. Leading teams to be problem solvers, relentless on improving the patient experience and driving operational excellence.
My Passion:
Faith, family and serving others.
My Family:
Scott (husband, best friend, witty pragmatist) and Stella (super fun 2 year old).
My Hero or Heroes:
My Mother — Strong, whimsical and never met a stranger in her life!
My Father — Served Indianapolis as a police officer and community leader.
Civil Rights Leaders collectively — Those who paved the way to provide me and so many others the opportunities we have today. I never forget what so many individuals have done to make right the many injustices of the past and today.
My Escape:
Any travel destination or my home with a good book.
My Pet Peeve:
In work — Lack of preparedness.
In life — People who aren’t aware of their surroundings.
My Indulgence:
Wine, clothes, shoes — in no particular order!
My Roots:
Midwestern (Indiana born and bred) with east coast (my former and second home is Philly) and southern connections (North Carolina/Alabama). Diversity in lineage. Humble and always serving.
My Future:
Boundless — Bright — Bold.

My advice to Young Women:
You can do what others tell you that you can’t. Sit at the table — you belong there.
How I Balance it All:
Support from family and work. Making myself okay that there will be imbalance certain days or weeks.
