Women of the Week – Finding Balance

Looking for strategies to help with balance in your life? Our Women of the Week have some great advice…

Kristina Stuecher
Support from family and work. Making myself okay that there will be imbalance certain days or weeks.

Holly Harper
Meditation has been a game changer for me lately. 7 minutes in the morning (5 seemed too short and 10 minutes seemed too long) gets me centered and focused; it allows me to start the day fully present. I actually tried not meditating for a few days just to see if I would notice the difference and boy did I ever. I’ve become such a big believer that I’m trying to get my husband in on the routine with me.

Mary Ernst McColgan
A daily to do list and my “gang.”

Brittany Grote
I’m still redefining “balance” for me, but I recognize I can’t make the magic happen without help and a good to-do list.
