Executive Elements has more than met my expectations. The coaching has been a great way to engage several of my highly-valued female leaders in a strategic and challenging development process. Chasity has a unique skill as a coach that is affirming as well as challenging; engaging and thoughtful. I believe that many of the benefits of this engagement – both immediate and long-term – will positively impact my top female leaders.

We’ve had the true pleasure to host many of Chasity’s executive coaching sessions at sparkspace over the past few years. I’ve also had the privilege of having her coach one of my key employees. Her ability to connect, coach, encourage, and push people to new levels is truly extraordinary. One thing I’ve noticed as people come and go from her coaching sessions is that her clients always seem a little taller, a little more confident, and a little more on fire when they leave a session with her. That’s pretty good proof that her coaching skills are definitely world-class.
