My Name: Cindy Casebolt
My Current Job/Company: Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives at CAS, a division of the American Chemical Society
My Work: I build, coach, and develop teams of amazing leaders, who enable strategy through amazing results for their businesses, their careers, and their communities.
My Passion: Improving people’s lives through the transforming power of science; Helping others achieve the potential in themselves they never thought possible.
My Family: Sean (my husband of 32 years who makes me laugh every day), Helen (beautiful and intelligent daughter), Jack (positive and caring son)
My Hero or Heroes: My grandmother (born Marya Dziadzio); immigrated from Ukraine to America alone at the age of 16 to achieve the American dream!
My Escape: An ocean view at least once a year.
My Pet Peeve: Those who step on others for personal gain.
My Indulgence: A Dairy Queen cake on my birthday!
My Roots: Focused on the things of relevance in history, now, and 100 years from now.
My Future: Exciting!

My Advice to Young Women: You CAN have it all – you just CAN’T have it all at the same time. Your life is a series of seasons – embrace the journey!
How I Balance it All: Daily “planning and solitude” to focus on the 3-5 most important things every day, sometimes every hour!
