Here at Executive Elements, we like to feature fantastic women we think you should know. Some of these women are clients, some are friends, some are women we’ve only just met. My Name: Angela Vogan

My Current Job/Company: Human Resources Director/Friendship Village of Dublin

My Work: My job is to lead the organization in serving our Associates. We have the privilege to work where our residents live, so making the best supportive Village for them and our Associates combined is my job!

My Passion: My family, staying strong and connected in my faith, doing the right things that make myself and others feel good!

My Family: Rob, the most supportive partner in it all, My Son Camden (6), and twin girls Evelyn and Sophie (2).

My Hero or Heroes: My Grama was my very favorite human, she 100% made me who I am.

My Escape: I really love outdoor family time, but I also really love a GOOD meal. I am a foodie at heart.

My Pet Peeve: Negativity, don’t complain about what is wrong, make a plan and make it happen.

My Indulgence: Food

My Roots: Care for your loved ones deeply, even when it’s hard. Simple lifestyle.

My Future: I suspect my twin girls will continue to keep me hopping as well as my best guys (Husband and Son).

My Favorite Quote: It’s not a quote per say, it’s a prayer but when I am struggling or need a little clarity I say it! The Jesus Prayer.

My Accessory: A small bag or wallet.

My Advice to Young Women: It can all change, you can take control. You might have to work a little harder but you can succeed!

How I Balance it All: Prioritize, make a plan, and don’t worry if it changes. Just be ready to Pivot and make a new plan!
