My Name: Nicole Neal

My Current Job/Company: Director, Employee Xperience @ One10

My Work: I lead One10’s Employee Xperience team who is tasked with creating a culture that lives out One10’s mission of creating an employee-centric workplace.

My Passion: Being somebody that makes everyone feel like somebody.

My Family: Mike (devoted husband & father), Grace (smart & funny daughter), Josh (daredevil son), Taylor (heart of gold daughter) & Izzy (take all your cares away dog)

My Hero or Heroes: My heroes are people who are truly open to listening to and considering different perspectives.

My Escape: A mountain lake with a good book lounging on a boat.

My Indulgence: Netflix

My Roots: Hard-working parents that taught me that life experiences are much more valuable than possessions.

My Future: Is so bright that I have to wear shades 😊
