My Work: I am responsible for delivering quality products and help support my team to deliver quality products to our customers. I also coach the team to progress and achieve their goals. I would say encouraging & empowering the teams to do the best always helps them to be motivated and builds their confidence that gives the power to face challenges.

My Passion: Dedication to my work, helping others in achieving their goals, gardening.
