My Current Job/Company: Small CL Underwriting Director / Nationwide

My Work: I lead a team of small commercial underwriters and have responsibility for profit and growth results for our portfolio.

My Passion: Helping people achieve their full potential.

My Family: Chase (my rock), Margot (Future leader, sass galore/daughter- 4), Fitz (My wild child and cuddle buddy/son – 2)

My Hero or Heroes: I’m surrounded by strong females who are achieving great results, helping to pave paths for others, and find a way to balance it all.

My Escape: Time with the family to keep perspective

My Pet Peeve: The inability to make decisions.

My Indulgence: People magazine and a glass of wine.

My Roots: Small town upbringing, married one of my best friends from high school, taught to work hard and have fun.

My Future: I want to know that I’ve made a difference.

My Advice to Young Women: Find your tribe. We need to support each other, and it’s more fun when you have a group to celebrate with.

How I Balance it All: Some days, not very well. But I try and keep perspective on what’s really important and surround myself with the best people!
