Associate Vice President, Agency Experience at Nationwide Insurance

I focus on improving the P&C Agent experience to ensure our distribution partners feel delighted and their needs are met.

My Passion:
Activating excellence to elevate others in my family, my workplace and my volunteer organizations.

My Family:
Mark, William (16), & Catherine (15)

My Hero or Heroes:
All the amazing women in my life that successfully balance too many things to list on a daily basis with grace and a smile (and maybe a glass of wine or two 😉)

My Escape:
Going on vacation, preferably somewhere warm and by the water, and doing NOTHING!

My Pet Peeve:
People who want to focus on what can’t be done or what can’t be controlled.

My Indulgence:
The NYT Sunday Crossword

My Roots:
The security and support of growing up in a small town combined with a strong work ethic and a lot of laughter!

My Advice to Young Women:
Have confidence in who you are and how you can be the most effective even if it is different than everyone else.

How I Balance it All:
I plan everything out months in advance, but I only focus my energy on the week ahead and what needs to be accomplished.
