In my role, I strive to help employees perform at their best and help teams work together, enabling OCLC to respond and adapt to changing member needs
My Passion:
Seeing others realize their potential; this applies in all of my spheres, family, work, church and CrossFit.
My Family:
Ryan (My soul-mate and partner in life), Ryker (Big-hearted son), Tia & Sammie (my precious pups)
My Hero or Heroes:
My Savior Jesus Christ, My Grandparents-All four of them are living into their late 80’s/90’s and between them they have left an incredible legacy of work ethic, faith, love and acceptance.
My Escape:
Anywhere warm, on the water (pool, lake or ocean), with my family!
My Pet Peeve:
When people fail to recognize their own power and allow themselves to be a victim.
My Indulgence:
Puppy snuggles, warm blankets and red wine

A Cross necklace made of little barbells. It is a reminder to me that my mission is wherever I am.
My advice to Young Women:
Your mistakes do not define you. Your response to them does!
How I Balance it All:
Pray, Plan, Pray. Decide what is most important but stay flexible to changing needs.
